A taco bar, not a buffet line
Guests come up, pick a filling, add the salsa they want and go. Nobody waits on a plated course and nobody gets a plate they did not choose. We make the tortillas, the fillings and the salsas ourselves.
Reception meal or late-night service
We do the main reception meal, or a late-night service for the end of the night when the dancing has worn everyone out, or both. Some couples book the late slot on its own.
Feeding every guest
Tell us about your guests’ dietary needs when you enquire, with numbers if you have them: vegetarian, vegan, allergies. We will say plainly what we can do for your menu. More about our corn kitchen.
Guest numbers and timing
At a wedding the clock matters more than the headcount: when the speeches finish, when the first dance ends, when the late food should land. Send us the running order and we will build the service around it, so the food is ready when your guests are.
