Guests build their own, which keeps the line moving and lets people eat what they actually want. We make the tortillas, the fillings and the salsas ourselves.
Reception meal or late-night service
We do both: the main reception meal, or a late-night service for the end of the night when people have been dancing. Some couples book us for the late slot alone.
